Relaxo Footwear — rubber leave strength from ankle | |||||
Dear sir... I have pursched relaxo sparx sports shoes from hall bazar amritsar showroom on dated. 5.02.18. My shoes rubber from ankel get rough and leave his strength from it... I was shocked to see that after 15 days they losses their quality. I was buy that product of my past faith on relaxo bcoz i always use slippers,, leather shoes and sports sandals of that brand and it always comfortable for me so i requested to you look at the matter and replaced my shoes asap. I used sparx model(sm162) one month only but many issue regarding this model- colour fad, loosing fitness of shoes
already shoes taken to sparx distributor 2 month ago but not any resolution from distributor and finally shoes taken through post at ajmer ...10 days ago shoes already received but not replace my item
