Relaxo Footwear — Sandal tear out after 10 days o[censored]se

Dear team,

I have purchased sandel from relaxo worth 899 (invoice no 02223F[protected]. My sandel tear out within 10 days just after two time use. I visit store for change but he ask me to visit after some more days as I visit in the morning times. After that I got busy and visited again today but after that they are showing me a policy and stating that they an refund only 25% of invoice price.
Kindly look into matter and help me in my refund. I have attached the photo of product for your use.
