Relaxo Footwear — Shoe Damage only wearing one day

Dear Customer Care Team,

I purchased a shoe pair from Relaxo Footwear Limited Retail Shoppe as attached on dated 24/07/2022.

I wear this shoe only once and shoes upper is damaged as attached.

I already returned this 10 days but not recd any solution from the store manager till now.

so, i need to complain here look into this matter seriously .

Because i don't believe this type of quality issue in the brand of RELAXO Footwear products .

It is a very big prestige issue for Relaxo Footwear Ltd.

i need a solution to it asap and looking foreword to a positive response on it.

As per the company's policy heavily discounted articles are not eligible for the claim. As the product is sold at a heavy discount it is not eligible for the claim/replacement . The No Warranty stamp is also marked. Hence, No replacement is admissible in this case.

Dear Customer Care,

where is the mentioned guarantee not covers on this pair ?
i did not purchase shoes from the roadside i was purchased them from Relaxo store.

i am a salaried person and can't afford Rs.525/- rupees per day shoe expenses .
i was wearing a shoe only 1 time and how we can manage this kind of expense?
Pls put yourself instead of me.

So i need a replacement for the shoe or return my money.
