Relaxo Footwear — Shoes defected only under 12 days

I have bought a shoes from Relaxo show room at 24/10/16 .but 12 days after I am getting damaged . According to company warranty policy I have right to claim 100% compensation. However I have consulted to the respective show room to claim 100% compensation according to the company warranty but they refused. so now what can I do . And possible pls solve my problem.
