Release my Ad — Dupes people by not releasing ads and then failing to refund money

I had used their service to release a classified ad (Scheduled on 1st March 2015) for Recruitment in Times of India Nashik Edition. The payment was duly made on 27th February after talking to one of their executives and receiving assurance that my ad will be released on the assured date. They failed to do so. After that, I asked for a refund, and have been sending them endless mails but they have stopped responding. The online chat representative on their website says that my money is safe with them and has been giving false assurances for the past 3 weeks. My account status on their website still shows that they haven't received the payment. A quick google search reveals how they have duped other people in a similar fashion. I urge everyone to not use their service as this company is a scam and will rip-you off. Whoever has been duped in a similar way, please get in touch and we can launch a joint compliant in the Consumer Court.
