I had used their service to release a classified ad (Scheduled on 1st March 2015) for Recruitment in Times of India Nashik Edition. The payment was duly made on 27th February after talking to one of their executives and receiving assurance that my ad will be released on the assured date. They failed to do so. We have booked an advertisement on 13.03.2014 (AD Id : 1114898) to be classified in Tribune matrimonial for which we have paid amount of rupees 713/- But the classified was not published and the same was confirmed by the customer care executive via mail.
