I paid 2000 rs for name change ad but now i lost money no response from this people. This site is designed for cheat people and loot money

Is there anyone to arrest these people and put in jail for long term so no one dare again do this kind of cheating again

I booked a Dainik Jagran matrimonial advertisement on Releasemyad.com on 08 August 2020 (Booking ID 1558223). While making the booking I might not, by mistake, select any caste classification but I required my advertisement to be published under Kayastha caste section. However, without informing me, releasemyad published my advertisement under 'other' caste system.

I phoned releasewmyad and requested them to re-publish my advertisement under correct caste (kayastha) section. They answered me that it was my fault as I did not select the case section while booking the advertisement and they could not do anything.

I believe releasemyad should have called me on my registered mobile to confirm the caste classification (as if I wanted the advertisement to be published under 'other' caste section then I would have selected 'other' caste section while making the booking, which I did not). It might be my fault (if I forgot to select claste category) but that does not justify releasemyad's lack of responsibility of making an assumptive decision on my advertisement and publishing my advertisement under 'other' caste section (they could have at least called me on my registerd mobile to confirm). I did not select the 'other' caste section too, then why they published my advertisement under 'other' caste section?

To my surprise i was found that add was not published on this date (28/06/20). Kindly review matter and arrange to publish on 05/07/2020 without fail in all indian edition and overseas. I put matrimony ad in malayalamanorama but didn't come in today paper

My ad booking id 1543219 was to be published on 22 march which was later declared as curfew day by our pm narendra modi jee. So there were limited newspaper distribution. My ad go wasted. I didn't receive any calls. Please refund the amount immediately.
I have already raised with this issue with releasemyad.com with multiple emails. So please help me to get resolve this issue on priority basis.

As per releasemyad confirmation due to technical issue they were unable to release my advertisement which i booked through online mode on 2nd december 2019. They confirmed me over mail on 4th december that they will refund back my money as they have cancelled the advertisement.
Even after mail reminders they have not send back the money to my account nor they are replying

I read about only ads in newspaper in the website and i decide to give ad online for my content. I contact customer care for my ad and as per him / her instruction i made payment for my ad in the economic times. There are two options for content to be published (1) either upload content in the website or (2) send email to him.
I send email to company and confirm about ad. When i called him they tell that don't worry, your ad will be display. The company send me email but don't tell me about that.
When i see newspaper nextday, the ad will not there. I called company but they tell that your ad is displayed. Actually they display default ad in spite of my content. After one week of communication, the company refund half amount as code. I need 100% amount in cash and compensation for stress and waste of my time.

I am sandip haldar and three of my friends aditya bose, joy sen & rajiv ghosh, we gave money of rs. 5000 each to one of your employee gargi majumdar. Because she told that she will help us to get job in times of india, she has a good connection with them.
Only for that she claim total rs. 20000 from us. But now she is avoiding us. We gave her because she work in this organisation and your company is advertising partner of toi.
We will be highly obliged if your company help us. We don't want our money from your end but we want you to take strict action against her because she is using your company name to cheat un-employed persons.

Ad id:1090609 i booked the above referred advertisement for publication in aajkal daily on 15.07.2019 with release my ad and paid rs.7980/-; later i found that the same advertisement is being offered by other company at rs. 4032/-. As and when i found this i cancelled the ad on the very next day when the ad was not at all confirmed by the company. But as i cancelled the ad they are deducting 25% on the amount paid.in my opinion it is very much unfair as i have to cancel the ad due to the exorbitant charges by the company. Practically due to the fault of the company i have to cancel the ad and in such case they should not deduct the amount. To remove such unfair trade practice and to get refund of the entire amount i request you to take up the matter. Strict action against such companies are required.

Please note that my advertisement was booked vide their reference no 1477365 dtd 10.5.2019 got to be published on 12.5.2019 in dainik bhasjar news paper in ajmer edition.

The advertisement was not published on the date i tried to contact them but their response was not satisfying my thirst. They asked me to wait for further 48 hours.

Their 48 hours are over but no response has been received. I am very much disgusted to point out that this the second time when after having confirmation it didn't. I was under very wrong impression that they are a professional organization.

Please let me know why people should contact you when you are not organised professionals.

Your customer care is also another history keeps on holding for hours together. I have incurred a lot of expenses in this regard to be at ajmer to respond people on account of advertisement.

You are required to instruct someone to satisfy me and refund my amount remitted towards cost of insertion along with my additional expenses incurred there on. Immediate action in this regard.

It is better to give advertisement through the vendor having their office in your city than online because, you cann't catch hold of them immediately.

This complaint is with reference to an ad with Ad id 1465794 which i had submitted to releasemyad on 23.03.2019 to be published in Rajasthan Patrika kota edition on 25.03.2019.

An online payment of rs. 5938/- was made for which i received a email confirmation and also the release confirmation has been provided by them.

But the ad was not published and the amount not refunded despite several complaints over phone...

And i have read newspaper minimum 10 times. But no any ads found.

Then i have raised issue on ticket.

Then no any call and issue resolved showed.

Then i have mailed that on customer care but no proper answer.

If you don't want to solve this issue so no problem.

You don't have trust on customer.

I wii never give advertisement in your news paper.

If advertisement come in that date so please send me screen shot or photo.

This is to inform you that i placed an advertisement (Copy attached). As usual it was verbally confirmed that it will be a1+1 ad to be published on 24/3/19 and 31/3/19. After billing it was again confirmed verbally that despite the details showing only 1 insertion the ad would be published on 31/3/2019.

Kindly note that on 3 previous occassions the ad was published on verbal confirmation.
In the recent case the firm says that they will not publish the ad without documentary evidence in writing.

I will cheated and i would like to draw your king attention on this issue.
Kindly take suitable action against the firm as you may deem fit and proper so that others are not cheated.

We used to give advertisement in releasemyad for last two years but wont book any further advertisement through this agency as we have faced inconvenience /cheated by the team while we booked our last two advertisement. They have committed to give advertisement according to our desired date and on that promise, we have done the payment as well. But neither they published the adv nor they have responded to our call/mail. On frequent follow up, they got ready to give advertisement in any newspaper on upcoming days as per their convenience. Really was a bad experience & wont suggest anyone to do any kind of advertisement through this media, and we wont follow either.

I submit request to release my ad for advertisement (Ad[protected] but same is not published on date chosen by me[protected]. Release my ad give me support ticket no.170223 and money not refunded yet.
At the time of request for publishing an advertisement, release my ad want money on war footing while refunding the same why release my ad needs 10 days.

The online classified display in LOKMAT Mumbai under category, "Remembrance" was not published on 26/11/2018 as the Death Certificate was not available till then.
We called their customer care - [protected] on 1st Dec. 2018 and we were assured that a full refund is being initiated.
Thereafter on 5th Dec. a whatsapp message was sent inquiring the status update on refund; no response.
on 6th Dec. 2018, an email was written to Customer care; no reply till todate.
on 12th Dec. 2018 and reminder email has been sent.

I placed a advt in gujraat samachar this month they promised to get it published on the agreed date but even after waiting for further 6 days advt was not published. I asked them for refunds which they say has been processed but I have not received any funds in my ac. They are not trustworthy people, I have gone through complaints about other people also over this forum and most of the people had similar experience. So it would not be wrong to black list this company and treat it as a scammer. Not to use their services to place advt in any of the newspapers.

I wanted to post an ad in Amar ujala of 50 words for which I paid releasemyads rupees 1118.25, after few hours I received a call from them that my ad can't be posted in Amar ujala as they take only coloured ad in display box and not normal text. I told them to cancel my ad and they assured me that I ll get my full amount refunded but now they re not picking up the call and not even replying on WhatsApp even after reading the messages .

I want to know that when ll my money be refunded and by which mode.
