I am a reliance prepaid consumer. I recharged my phone today[protected]. Rs. 156 for 3g net pack of 1gb, but only 800mb were credited to my prepaid account instead of 1gb, and its valid only for 21 days instead of 30 days. The reliance website clearly shows 1gb for 156rs for 30 days! This is highly annoying! I want full 1gb data, and request the company to look in the mater! Such fraud is neither expected nor accepted from the service provider. I have been trusting since long time! My number is [protected].
