[Resolved] Reliance 3g Gsm — Reliance gsm - 3g data for 2nd month is not credited till now | |||
I have purchased a reliance 3g sim card from local retailer shop on 31 dec 2013, which was supposed to provide 2GB 3G data for 3 month by doing some FRC Rs600 dongle (total 6GB data for 3 month, 2GB each month). SIM CARD was activated on 6 jan 2014 & i got 2GB 3G data balance, but at the end of 1st month i.e. on 6 feb 2014, 2nd month 3G data is not credited to my account. I made a call to customer care complain no. 198 & they told me to wait for 1-2 days, i waited but still don't get 3G data, so i again made a complain to customer care & this time they told me that my problem will be resolved within 2 day & give me a service request no.[protected]. after 2 days i got the msg that my request has been processed but still the data balance is not credited to my account. pls help me sir i have spend 300 Rs & i am in urgent need of internet but still i am not able to use it because of this problem at reliance end...pls resolve my problem as soon as possible...
