I have purchased a reliance 3g sim card from local retailer shop on 31 dec 2013, which was supposed to provide 2GB 3G data for 3 month by doing some FRC Rs600 dongle (total 6GB data for 3 month, 2GB each month). SIM CARD was activated on 6 jan 2014 & i got 2GB 3G data balance, but at the end of 1st month i.e. on 6 feb 2014, 2nd month 3G data is not credited to my account. i bought a reliance 3g gsm sim 3 days back , my phone number being [protected] and till now the sim has not started working. the shopkeeper in matunga - mumbai - SHRI GANESH ENTERPRISES. near matunga station told me it would take 3 days before sim starts. now he tells me it will take another 3 days. In these 3 days i have missed several important calls. I called reliance customer care and they tell me the system is down. I want my money back...
