[Resolved] Reliance 3G — Regarding 1 month reduction in validation | |||
Dear Sir/madam, I purchased Reliance 3G SIM (No. [protected]) at Ranchi, Jharkhand and it was activated on April 29, 2014. The plan of this 3G SIM was total of 6 GB data for 3 months (2 GB for each month). As per activation date and plan, it was supposed to activate up to July 28, 2014 but it was deactivated by Reliance on June 29, 2014 i.e. 1 month before the schedule time. I have contacted customer care many times but they did not respond me nicely. They did not activate my SIM, as a result a loss of around 2.6 GB data plus 1 month time. Therefore, I request you to consider my case positively and inform Reliance customer care to activate my SIM with my balance data and time.
