[Resolved] Reliance 4g — Billing dispute | |||
As i was sending complain mail to you on 18/08/2016 regarding billing Dispute, but still i am receiving any mail from your end. I was Already informed in that mail itself if you are not giving any Response for long time and because of that if any other extra monthly Rental added in my account, i unable to pay that extra amount. But After informing also still its happen the same as i was received Recent month monthly rental. As you can see in my last month bill i Was not at all using this connction because i don't want this but Till since, you are taking time for resolving my problem one more Month bill added and in that bill only i am seeing you are adjusted The amount i m ready to pay that addjusted amount and that is rs.- 943/- but i cann't pay the extra month bill. So, i am requesting you to resolve my problem soon and close my Connection. Because i don't want to use this connection. 18/08/2016 Mr. Subhasish chakraborty Mobile no - [protected] Reliance 4g Dear sir or madam: I am writing to dispute a billing error in the amount of rs. 5793.01 On my account. I have just received your bill in my email id dated 04/08/2016 for previous month regarding my data card no. [protected], Which seems to be much in excess of the previous bills. In this bill there are certain errors, which i want to bring to your Notice for rectification The amount is inaccurate because, 1. As you can see from your records i am the customer of your company For last so many years. 2. Before i was using reliance pro-3 data card, with unlimited usage And my monthly rental was rs.- 999/-+ but when reliance was lunching 4g network that time i got the invitation from your end to migrate From pro3 to 4g, that time i was talking with reliance customer care They said me that my plan will be the same even if i m migrating on 4g also, and because of that only i was migrating on 4g. 3. But after one month when i got the bill it was mention in that Reliance change my plan that to without giving me prior information And without take permission from me, even they are not sending me any Mail also regarding that. 4. Regarding that matter when i had talk with reliance customer care They said me that they are sending me the mail which i was not Received. 5. And that time i was asking them to give any proof or detailed about That mail which they sanded me in mail, where its mention my plan is To going change. But they are not ready to give any proof or detailed Also about that also. 6. Even regarding that i was giving complained also to reliance Customer care, and the complaint ref. No[protected], date – 02/08/2016, Representative name - miss naglaxmi, that time they assured me they Will resolved this within 3 working days but till today they are not Resolving my complaint. 7. And over that frequently i m getting call from reliance for paying The full billing amount. 8. As you can see from your record i m the old customer for your Company, if reliance would inform me before changing my plan i can Take the decision that time itself. But how reliance can change my Plan without informing me or without taking permission from me. Now After generating bill giving me a call and asking about the bill Payment without resolving my issue it’s really a mental harassment for Me. 9. Since i was using your connection as a responsible customer i m Already paid the regular billing amount as per my previous plane, rs.- 1500/-, billing detailed i am attaching please go through it. So, i m requesting you to resolve my issue because i am not able to Pay the extra amount which charged by reliance without taking prior Permission from me. And i am not interested to use this 4g card Further, so, if you are not resolving my problem and because of that If its adding the extra monthly rental, with that previous bill i will Unable to pay that amount also. Please investigate this matter and correct the billing error as soon As possible. I am eagerly waiting for your reply.
