[Resolved]  Reliance 4g — Non activation of special plan

Address: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

I am using reliance 4g mobile number [protected]. I had recharged my mobile by paytm for rs. 37 on 11 jun 17 (Today) for call rate 25 p/ min local and std calls to all mobiles for 28 days. I got the sms that rs 37 recharge have been done and the plan have been activated. But actually the plan have not been activated and higher rates are charged for voice calls.
Moreover reliance customer care executives are not behaving properly.
