This is to inform that I Rachana Roshan Dev, live in Panchsheel colony, housing board, Ajmer. One 6 antenna reliance 4G tower has been installed between two residential building less than 20 meters away, without any prior notice and permission. However the minimum safe distance has to be 55 meters minimum, in the installation guidelines approved by government (http://www.medianama.com/2012/09/223-indian-govt-approves-new-norms-for-mobile-...⇄

I am using reliance 4g mobile number [protected]. I had recharged my mobile by paytm for rs. 37 on 11 jun 17 (Today) for call rate 25 p/ min local and std calls to all mobiles for 28 days. I got the sms that rs 37 recharge have been done and the plan have been activated. But actually the plan have not been activated and higher rates are charged for voice calls.
Moreover reliance customer care executives are not behaving properly....

Sir, my reliance 4 g number is [protected], my balance is deducted without any reason and information via message or call. When I checked, found no balance, I requested customer Care to solve my problem many times but no result. I request to refund my balance and to stop this malfunction in future. And cause to be known to me so that i will inform customer care the same.Thanks...

Last 7 days koi v no pe call kar ne se ye route bayst hai batata hai.
Relience customer care se pucha to bol rahe kuch der mei thik jo jayega ye kuch avi tak 7 din ho gaya.
Mail karta hu to usme v ek hi baat.

Changed my plan without any information and consent from 10 gb to 5gb and unlimited to Limited (chargeable after free usage) and I have been handed over a bill of approx. 5700 (against my credit limit of 1600)

No information for change of plan either through SMS or Mail.

My data card number is [protected]. I recently upgraded from Reliance CDMA to 4g. They promised that I will get the existing plan when I move to 4G. But after migration to 4g they have changed the plan without notifying the customer. If I call customer care. Everytime they say that their portals and system is not working and to callback after 2 Hrs. This happens everytime. If I keep calling them they block my number. It will say thank you...
