Reliance 4g — Poor service, undue charges, & unresponsive system

Changed my plan without any information and consent from 10 gb to 5gb and unlimited to Limited (chargeable after free usage) and I have been handed over a bill of approx. 5700 (against my credit limit of 1600)

No information for change of plan either through SMS or Mail.
Services terminated due to Data usage beyond limit on 2nd Aug
Bill generated on 5th of Aug.
Ideally, on bill generation, data usage should be reset, but till date connection not working
On raising the dispute, waived off 2600 +15% S. Tax i.e, 2990 and was asked to pay 2639, last date for which was 23rd Aug.
Payment of 2639 was done on 22nd Aug.

Now the funniest part is connection is not working since 2nd Aug till date and download as of now in this billing cycle is 5gb consumed (Billing cycle : 5th Aug - 4th Sep) and hence zero data balance : AS PER TODAY'S TELECON WITH CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ON TOLL FREE NUMBER[protected]

Ideally, entire bill of 5700 should be waived off plus no rent should be charged for current month till date as the connection is not working.
