[Resolved] Reliance — 4g wi pod service | |||||
Force to buy the Reliance 4G LTE Wipod device on 4th of June, 2016 as my Reliance NEtconnect Broadband stopped working. Till date the 4G service is not enabled. No customer care support. Reliance centres first told that the service will start from 25th June, 2016, Then it was postponed to 1st July, 2016 at 9.00am . But still no connection. Again went to Reliance centre for enquiry. The reply was it will start within 3days. Another 3days passed, till no connection. How can a company like Reliance be so unethical? Are they only there to extract money from customers without any giving any service? Furthermore there is no response from the customer care . HORRIBLE SERVICE.
