[Resolved]  Reliance — against the non working customer care no. and sms deactivation not working

Hello, Since so many days i am trying to call reliance customer care no. 333 or 198 but it is not working.I have to deactivate my sms 14 pack. I tried to use deactivation sms facility but it is also showing failed . I want to deactivate my pack please help as soon as possible
