Reliance — Bad experience with Broadband connections and customer care | |||
Hi, My broadband connection is not working since long time. I tried to reach you several times but unfortunate that the phone is going for a infinite waiting state. I mailed you but unfortunate that I did not get any response. Is there a way I can reach to the help-desk for a help. Is there a way I can register a complain which will be responded by the Reliance team. Do you suggest me to terminate the connection ?
