I am having two prepaid and one postpaid mobile no of relaince. I am unable to contact relaince customer care as when i am selecting to talk customer service officer the call is being disconnected. On 05/10/16 i made a call to customer care from mobile no.[protected] in which they informed me that i have a plan in which i will be given 1GB 3G data at Rs 64 .I did the recharge on 5/10/16 in the evening but i got only 150 mb data. Now when i am trying to contact customer care they are unreachable. Last time also when it happened(about three weeks ago) i contacted the customer care and they gave the remaining data the next day .But this time due to no internet data i am having problems.In addition to it i am unable to get any other information from customer care .Before one month i talked to customer care from my relaince postpaid no.[protected]and asked them the process to port the no.to jio.From then onwars i am unable to reach customer care from my postpaid no. and the problem in prepaid no.is arising from last 1 day.
Please give me the balance data on my mobile no [protected] as soon as possible and allow me to talk to customer care as soon as possible.
