Reliance — balance cut related

Balance was deducted on and customer services also not responding to me. As a i dont know why my balance was deducted. It is not first time when it happens that first they deduct balance then not respond to me. And when after some days when they respond to my call then they answer that my time limit for complain was end. At last i have no other way to claim my money...

I migrated from Reliance Communication Ltd in July 2016.I had an Excess of Rs 10000 ( security deposit+excess payment) with Reliance Communication Ltd. Inspite of my repeated requests and complaints the amount has not been refunded. Kindly arrange to refund the amount.
