I had a balance of rs. 904/ on 1st july night till 11.30pm when i wake up next day morning and chek my mobile balance then i found that my balance is nil then i talk to customer care of company and lodge a complain against the deducted amount and they submit a complain. Today i got a message that my complain was resolve . Then i talk to customer care talk with mr rakesh he told me that we are unable to give your full deducted balance of rs 904. We back rs 635 appx then i ask why are you not refund the full amount he told me that we are very sorry but we cant give the full amount and disconnect the line.
Again i call to customer care and talk with mir islam he repeating same thing then i told him that i go to consumer forum then he submit a complain again and told we are trying to back your full amount but not promise for that.
But i want to take some strict action against this company why they deduct balance without any reason this is cheating with their customer so please take some necessary action and return my full amount and warn the company that not making any forgery next time to any customer.
