I had booked digital tv connection rbigtv on 12th march 2018 by paying ₹499.00 online and they had promised me installation within 30 to 45 days and there is no response till now. I have tried calling the both customer care number ([protected] and [protected]) and those numbers are not working now. They are playing with the customers. Everyone who has paid for this offer is still suffering

I booked RBIG TV on dtd 1st March 2018 by paying Rs. 499, but till date I have either not received any update from Reliance Big TV or setup box & dish. After 45 days completed they haven't provided setup box. also not picking the phones.
