[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — charges taken without replacement of spares

my smart card no[protected] of reliance Tv. I given complaint on 17.02.2015 for not receiving of any channels. My complaint no is[protected] but the same complaint is attended on 18.02.2015. due to LLN problem the relay was not coming. The same should be change but the technician was temporarily put the old one but company collect the new spare charges and they told that how many days we have not receive service from reliance they should repay the same, but either they repay or not given the new spare.
