Reliance Big Tv — Cheating by the staff and no proper support care

Hi,

My name is Ambika.. I stay in Bangalore and we are customers of Reliance big TV from past 5 Years. However in the recent days we had issue with the Settop box and we had raised a complaint. After a couple of days the technician had visited and without even checking the box he was the conclusion was replacement of set top box.. He already had a box which was already used and claimed it as a replacement box. He said the replacement box carries just 3 months warranty and the very next day after completing 3 months of the warranty period the box will not be under servicing scope.. However he offered us to take a new set top box which will contain a new smart card.. The price what he quoted was Rs. 1350/- with one month free subscription with what already existing channels were available..
The second price quoted was Rs 1800/-with 3 month subscription of all the available subscribed channels (only for set top box and smart card).. We had then paid 1800 for 3 months free subscription ( with this amount you get new connection)... Before even committing on anything i had informed him that the Monthly recharge what we do is Rs. 300 and post which he committed to have all the available channels subscribed to the new smart card.
The channels got activated, however the English channels which is Jumbo English was not activated.. When tried reaching on the phone everytime he use to commit to get this rectified.. and after sometime he never use to pick the call.. Being Feed up we tried reaching reliance customer care to complain the same.. They then dropped the call asking me to call the dealer directly.. The second time when called the Sr. Executive Mr. Harish asked me to call the dealer directly without even taking any complaint.. Again we somehow managed to reach them and forced them to raise a complaint and finally we got the complain registered under complain number[protected] which was raised on 20th Feb 2016. unfortunately this is still not resolved and we are still trying to reach them. We are so very frustrated with Reliance that we just was to do away. We paid money to the person and the channels what we are getting is not worth that.. We don't even get proper support from Reliance customer case.. This is really no fare..

Please help to get this resolved..

We have been calling people everyday and find no positive outcome.. IF the dealer is making mistake he should be removed from the dealership.. The Reliance customer should also take responsibility for these issues.. The customer care is now a days very busy in passing bugs.. If they cannot resolve the issue why are they for ?? we can instead call the dealer directly.. when should we can them and log complain.

My Contact number is - [protected].. How much should we wait.. Does it take so much time to resolve the issue.. Please ask your concern team to give back the money we paid and take the set top box and smart card.. We can get in touch with a new service provider for installing the same.. The service is really pathetic
