i have a big tv connection.Smart card no:[protected] registered under v.rajeshwar reddy. i logged a complaint with regard to poor audio, complaint no:[protected] on 13 july 2014. it's closed on sep 11 without solving it, on confronting them they gave new no:[protected]. According to trai a complaint has to be closed in five days. Big tv has not even addressed my complaint for past 2 months & still it's unresolved, my calls to their executives elicited a standard reply "that matter is escelated to higher authorities, and issue will be closed at the earliest." i've written mails to nodal officer, rcom appellatte authority, customer care of reliance digital tv but got no positive result. i request you to forward this matter to appropriate authority like trai. i want them to take back their equipment, refund my amount, & compensation under prescribed regulations.
