On 23rd of Dec '14 the set up box was working but message stated ERROR 4004 ( due to weather conditions)
At that moment called the call center number provided [protected]. After holding for 25 mins got through, the agent spoke in Hindi when the language chosen in English. Was advised to keep the set up box on and keep changing channels, the transmission should come on.
Since the channels did not work, kept calling frantically but in vain, did not get through till mid night.
Next morning finally got through again to Hindi spoken agent, my complaint was noted and first told about the charges, least interested to listen, sounds too busy and over loaded, but reassured that would be intimated with a call within 48 hrs.
Until last night 25.12.14 we had not heard from BIG TV so decided to remind them. Till midnight past could not get through the phone line and gave up. There was no call waiting time neither.
Early this morning finally got through at 7am - 7.25am, extremely rudely spoken once again in Hindi I was told about my complaint registered time and its not 48 hrs. ( Which was 45mins to and hour away from 48hrs from the time our complaint registered ). And my call was transferred to the shift supervisor, who equally sounded sleepy, rude, impolite (Listening Skill zero, had to request to listen firstly). And was told that an email has been sent to concern department on urgent basis.
Sadly, BIG TV has not even sent an SMS to intimate their existing clients and only concern about their gains and fees. The agents telephonic skills are ZERO.
Now, we still await the set top box to be checked, and await more surprises where and how BIG TV can extract their best.
