Hi,
Pls check my previous complaints and take necessary action immediately. Worst behavior and response faced till date after being a valued customer for the last 6 year.

1. I have not watched a day of TV after recharging my account with Rs 600 and relocating to new address(charged 350 rs) because the antenna installation at my new address is not correct and TV channels are not coming. Signal reception was only 70 dB, but in my previous locations it was more than 90 dB. Technician neglected my information and installed and went off without checking channels.
2. The antenna needs to be reinstalled at different place on the same home as a tree is covering the antenna view which i told technician, but he ignored and installed antenna below tree after relocation.
3. I was charged Rs 250 for some item replacement in antenna, without changing that and without my knowledge even though it was working perfectly fine. Presently all the items in the antenna are old and perfectly working. Nothing is replaced there.
Even after repeated complaints, no solution is provided. Pls take this in high priority and do the below.
1. Refund my amount of 250 (charged for some item on antenna) and amount charged for plan without properly installing the antenna. (Rs 600 minus 350 for antenna installation = Rs 250 (positive amount should be in my account))
2. Activate the suspended account so TV channels can be checked after proper reinstallation of antenna.
3. Reinstall the antenna properly without charge as soon as possible
Pls take urgent action on this, else i will have to completely move away from this connection after being customer for 6 years with monthly usage for around 300-350 rs. Also now planning to for HD box if everything is resolved quickly and asap.
