Reliance Big Tv — delay in services and not having any communication | |||
I had booked two connections around march 2018. Subsequently i received one confirmation email and then two text messages around april/may 2018 about delays in installation. After that the company went incommunicado. All my attempts at contacting the company via email or co tact numbers have failed. As of now, i feel that i have been royally scammed just like so many other gullible customers by this so called company taking advantage of its behemoth corporate image. Please see below the confirmation email that i received from the company on 9th of march 2018 for booking id number and other details.
