As checked and verified in our records, the smart card numbers[protected] and[protected] are multi linked.
We need to first de-link the connections in order to terminate the parent connection.
Once the de-linking done you may use the connection separately or you may terminate one connection.
Once the de-linking is done you can use the accounts separately.
We are unable to provide a refund on surrender of connection.
The equipment provided at the time of installation, such as Dish antenna/Set Top Box/ Cables/ remote are property of
Reliance and the money paid at the time of activation is towards the installation charges; you need to return them to our
executive after the termination is processed.
Kindly confirm so we will arrange for technician visit.
