My customer id being [protected], we are regulary Face problem of his service since two months . We are purchase big tv since 2006 but till date regular problem and this time approximate two months regular face problem than complain and first time they are replaced set up box on dated 23/12/2014 than after regular face problem in weather condition error than after 15 days i have complain for problem than after two days attend this complain and they are observed and found new set box defective and they said this is chinese item set of box (agar chal gaya toh chal gaya nahi toh change karna par sakata hai) and after 4days they are supply other set up box and after six days . and they are two time our payment are deducted and our service are stopped due to balance not available but after 24/12/2014 we are recharge rs. 1000. why are payment are deducted two time. please resolve our problem immediatly and please refund our payment and please send compensation of two month service ..
