I have registered for a new set top box by pre booking vide booking id no.14558241 on 26/08/2018 providing mobile number [protected]. As per the message received while booking (Congratulations for booking your rbig tv connection. Installation will be done between 30to45 days. Your booking id no.14558241. And no. Of connections 1) Today 63days are over (27/10/2018) i have not been received the product. I contacted the customer care many times they are saying that the set top box will be installed within one week. A number of messages (Emails) sent to them but there is no reply. Now i have tried many times the customer care but no response. I have paid rs.499/- for booking. Nov 10, 2018 Updated by Abdu Kareem The complaint was not been solved so far Nov 19, 2018 Updated by Abdu Kareem No reply to the complaint. No response to the emails sent to the customer care. Whenever I contacted the customer care by phone they are saying the product Will be installed within one week . Many times there is no reply

7 मार्च को सेटअप बॉक्स बुक करवाया था जो कि 45 दिन के अंदर स्टोर लेशन करना था अभी तक 8 महीने हो गए हैं अभी तक installation नहींकिया है
Jis mein 499 rupay ka payment kar chuki hai पैसा रिफंड चाहिए या फिर सेटअप बॉक्स इंस्टॉलेशन चाहिएकंपनी हमेशा जब आप बोलो तो 7 दिन हीं बोलते hai, booking id 14510088, mobile number [protected]

I have booked reliance big tv freedom offer on march first and till now they haven't installed and keep on saying it will done with in one week.I have asked for my refund of booking amount.But says can't refund.I have mailed so many time to customer care provided email ID .
