Reliance Big Tv — installation not done till date

I dr b. Venkatesh had paid 499/- rupees for reliance big tv new connection during pre-booking period on[protected] at 10:49:22 hours. But i have not received setup box till date and no information regarding this... When i contacted customer care they told that my registered number not showing in their pre - booking list... I here by sending you all the details of my transaction for pre-booking...
