I booked reliance big tv connenction on 1/3/2018, by paying rs. 499, i have been told that installation will be done in 30toax 45 days. Have called several times. Not responded. I for the message as
Congratulations! For booking your rbig tv connection. Installation will be done between 30 to 45 days. Your booking id is 12506455 and no of connections 1

I too have been fooled by their advertisement and I paid 499 rupees. It's been more than 50 days and there is no communication from the company. Tried to send email but no one is responding. Even customer care number is not working.
