Reliance Big Tv — payment done but not get any response from reliance big tv 9 months has passed

Address:Hathras, Uttar Pradesh, 281306

On 12 march 2018, after seeing in a news paper reliance big tv ad. i have paid Rs 499.00 to Reliance through "payumoney" as advance booking for Reliance big TV.
Now no response from reliance till date n i complaint to reliance dealer too but he says no phone no. Registered as desired.
What i do now?
Payment no. OTHPG-523400 pay PAYU MONEY GURGAON.
