Dear Sir/Madam
On 11/02/2015 Reliance Set Of Box was changed due to complaint, problem was not resolved, again they replaced with Old serviced Set Of Box on 16/02/2015 for which I already paid .In these period of time we requested customer Care to stop the service & not to debit the amount which was in our account as a regular complaint.
When the Set Of Box stated working we requested customer care to release the channel but from 16th feb we were not getting the channel regularly often we were facing the problems.
Today (21/02/2015) from morning we were not receiving the channels for which we have paid & we are Fed up with the Customer care our tolerance power has come down we requested again & again to retrieve the channels they say Ok & made us to wait for hours(They say sir money is wrongly two times debited from your account my smart Card No is[protected]
No action has taken place practically, but we are receiving message that our problem is resolved.
Request you to take necessary action against defaulters who made us to suffer for these many days & Please update in my mail Id : [protected]@gmail.com -Mb No;[protected]
