I first started receiving intermittent problem of set up box power on option from starting of the march.Finally it stopped working on march 23rd and i lodged a complaint on march 24th service request no[protected]. By the time your service team contacted me which was well past promised deadline of 48 hours the problem got resolved on its own. After a day i started facing the same problem so i lodged the complaint once again on 30th march service request no[protected]. The service engineer came to my house and replaced the set up box. Even though the set up box has a label which mentions that it is Reliance Communications Infrastructure Ltd property I was charged Rs 500 for replacement of the faulty set up box. The service engineer refused to accept money at my home and was of little help to locate authorised dealer of reliance. I called customer care service but even they refused to share details of authorised dealer. Even though I had recharged for a yearly pack on Oct 2014, my services were suspended even after having balance amount in my account. After lot of arguments on phone i finally decided to get a top up of 500 Rs. I finally managed to locate a place called Arihant Electronics which charged me 510 Rs for 500 Rs recharge. The dealer even refused to give me the receipt of transaction. I recharged for 500 rs on 1st may transaction id of which is[protected] it is still not reflecting on my account and my services are suspended.
Kindly resolve the above problem at the earliest or i will be forced to take legal action against your company.Your customer care service is very painful and the waiting time is unreasonable long.
