I Miss. Pushpal Tamnkar holiding Smart card No.[protected] have neen
complaining for past 10days back about dish which is not in service. I
have been calling on Toll free number for almost every second day. Just
twice my call was attended and have followed the instruction what i have told do. And i was told that the service will be in action soon as i recharge my card. But i
tell you said THE BIG TV SERVICE IS EXTREMLY BAD AND ANNOYING. I wish
you mangment should think seriously about. More over complain attendents are very rude and lack of knowleage about service. I want to know when will i be able to get my service back? Do i have make more calls to follow up the case? Do i have to go higher authority or consumer forum ?I want immigitiate action on this matter.
