Hi Team, I am having problem with my Set Top Box (It's need to be replace) I have complained on Dec 28th 2014 and they told it will be resolved within 48 hours Now its 102 hours and I am only getting some silly excuses from them Its really frustrating to go under this mental pain and live without any solution Please help us. My Card Number is[protected], IF YOU SAY YOU ARE BEST IN THE MARKET THEN PLEASE STAND FOR IT DONT GIVE FAKE HOPES...

THERE HAS BEEN NO COMMUNICATION FROM OUR SO CALLED BEST SERVICE PROVIDER - RELIANCE BIG TV... AND ITS REALLY A BAD TASTE FROM THE SERVICE PROVIDER, I AM PLANNING NEVER TO GO FOR RELIANCE AND NOT EVEN RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS
