Reliance Big Tv — Set top box replacement not yet provided

Hello Sir, I have registered a complaint on 9th June 2014 for replacement of Set top box for Reliance Big TV as it was not working. Also recharged the account with the money for replacement of the set top box. Their service says replacement will be provided within 48Hrs. But it has been more than one week since then but no replacement provided yet. Repeated contact of customer care has no help and they are not even committing to next date by when they would resolve the issue. It looks like they need infinite number of days for resolving the issue and they expect the customer to wait for unlimited number of days! It is a serious concern and I am looking forward to get the right compensation for the mistake they have done. And they should be punished properly that the services will be better in the coming days.
