Further to your complaint regarding poor services received from our Customer Care, we are deeply concerned by the feedback provided by you and also regret the inconvenience faced by you while using our services
As per company policy, the LNBF replacement charges is Rs.250/- and you are provided with 60 days extended warranty on replaced LNBF.
After warranty period, service charge of Rs.175/- is applicable on registration of the service request, which will be levied even if the issue is auto-resolved or does not require a technician visit for any reason. If any part/ equipment is replaced or repaired then applicable charges will be levied.
The services of your account is suspended due to insufficient balance, hence request you to recharge you account with Rs.388/- in order to resume the services by keeping the Set Top Box 'ON'.
