This is revathi my smart id[protected] in the name of sellam.my request id[protected] on 30 th march.Just a smart card problem.yor are not able to solve this problem at your nodal level. If i cal to your customer care they openly said we are not able to do service we just mail to back end they ill contact with in 24 hrs. Each and every executive and TL also told the same answer. I given lots of 24 hrs to each. Then what about my money. They said we take request for get the dth back and refund the amount.pls atleast do this service. We are totally disappointed with your service. A worst customer care ever i seen before. Each and every executive try to close the call only not intrust r taking action to slove the peoblem .they directly said we are not able provide service . If you are not able to do service pls get back the dth and bring my money back with in the deadline period. We are not able to spend our valuable time to spaek your customer care. You are treating a 8 yrs customer like this. This is same on your providing service.Pls try to slove at the earliest.thank you Contact [protected] [protected]
