Reliance Big Tv — Sun network not working

hi my name is Gururaj Venkatraman Rao my smart card no. is[protected]...from 3rd december morning itself sun network channels are not working sun tv, sun music, adithya, sun news etccccc..., and also i received the message on display due to technical problem sun network not available but for the last 2 days the problem is going on so what is the problem. if the problem is continue like this definitely i will discontinue ur service.
