[Resolved]  Reliance Big Tv — Unauthorised deduction of money from DTH account - Service suspended

The company officials have deducted money (Rs. 350/-) from our Big TV DTH account, due to which services were suspended on account of low balance since Dec 23 2014. In-spite of registering complaints with the technical team since the last 15 days, no action has been taken by the authorities concerned to refund the amount. Every time when I call on the customer care no.[protected], I am being told that the complaint is being processed and that the refund would be effected within 1 hour. Tired of listening to their false commitments, I have decided to terminate the connection and now I have booked a new connection. I wish that, such irresponsible service providers who seem to be thriving on the money robbed from their customers like what happened to me, should be penalised and denied any more business in this competitive market.
