Reliance Bigtv — amount paid but new installation not provided

I have paid rs 499/- towards reliance degital tv new connection booking id 12511541 on 01.03.2018. They promise to provide the installation with in 30 to 45 days but till date 58 days are over but no installation provided. When ever contacting customer care they are asking us to wait for 3 weeks without giving proper reason. Please provide installation as early as possible.
