I have orderd a connection 24 th of july 2018 by paying 499...
At the time of orderind pg they have said that the connection will be processed to you within 40-45 day now it above 3 months...
Every time i call in the serive centre first few call will not be answerd... After when they recive the call... They talk rudly... Then they have same one line to speak that your connection has been dispatched and will be deliverd to you by 1 week...
After 1 week when you call they have the same excuse...
I am tired of it...
Please look into the matter...

    I called several times at customer care for resolving my issue. And that fellows are knowing cut the phone calls. They are not even escalating the calls too. They don't listen properly what we are saying our issue.

    Worst service I have ever seen.

    They are not even giving consoling no. And not able explain complaint details

    Asking the details they are discoonecting phone call. Worst service...

      Reliance didn't install my setup box on given time (30-45 days) as promised. I was make my order on 3rd march 2018. Now, i want my refund of 500/- back. But nobody giving me right information about this.
      I called on customer care for refund on many times. They told me they have no information about refunding and they suggest me to do mail on [protected]@rbtv.in.
      I also sent several mails on [protected]@rbtv.in. But didn't get any update.

      Now, i have purchased other setup box from market. So, i need my refund only

      Bank info sent on [protected]@rbtv.in and also attached

          Connection will be done 30 to 45 days. Today is the six months passed no reply and answer from company. While contacting the toll free number onlybusy tome or not answering no proper reply rs. 499 is paid already.

          Please install set top box immediately as per your commitment.

                  Description: i have booked reliance big tv connection on 25 july 2018 by paying rs. 499/-.

                  Now its more than 60 days and the installation not done. I am contacting every 7 days duration and every time they told that your connection will installed within a week since september 2018. Even they not refunded the amount.

                  Desirable resolution: request for a refund.

                    I ( Priyanshu Maheshwari) booked reliance big t.v on 18/05/2018 4.5 months complete they didn't install yet however from last one month on every call every week they said to wait for 1 week, but every week when completed i call them again and they told me same to wait 1 week more even i ask them to talk with their senior/ manager they told he/she busy with some call i don't understand where they are busy with family call ?, i ask them to clearly told they install or not but seriously they learnt only one line that wait for this week nothing esle so i don't know how the hell they will install and when because these ### have no clue what one week stands for, i again request these ### to tell whether they install or not ...so that i restart my tatasky dish t.v again

                      I have booked my R big tv on 31 march. And still having the same problems as all the customers. My booking id is A12964782
                      Even after contacting to the customer care a lot of time the respose all the time is too bad. Now they are disconnecting the call without answering and these types of things annoying me a lot.
                      I am waiting for the last 7 days and after that i have to knock the consumer court's door.

                        Reliance Big TV committed for installation of Satellite DTH TV in 45 days after booking. However its more than 120 days for advance payment of Rs. 499/-, still RelianceBigTV has not installed set top box / DTH connection. Everytime when customer care is called, it is assured that that installation will take place in 5-10 days. however no installation is done. Again, after calling customer care, new date is given. I called customer care, at least, 15 times. But of no use

                          I am tired of following up for Reliance BIG TV cable connection.

                          I am continuously trying to get my installation status from last 1 month.Leave installation these people didn't have the courtesy to response to the mail.

                          There customer care is so rude, they didn't know how to talk.

                          I have applied for the connection on 1st March 2018, today is 2 Oct 2018, its been more than 7 month. Shame on you people.

                          Neither they are refunding deposited amount.

                          My Booking ID : 12506761 . I have made two booking for two connection, deposited with them Rs 998.Now they are neither refunding my amount, saying they didn't have any provision for this .

And if I call to customer care then they are not responding proper. Customer service is very poor I am unseticfied with they and with independent tv.

                                    I am a consumer of your Indipendent TV since 2 month named Ajay Baliyarsingh and my DTH Sl No is [protected]. I have logged four times in your costume care the attend but no action has been taken yet. After passing of one week of time again I have complaint the signal of my TV has expired when wind blows. It is such a normal thing but no body was come .They don't care the reputation of the company like reliance Jio.In Bhubaneswar the ground staff service is very poor and the complaint receivers are also not attending in correct time.
                                    Using your Indipendent TV from last 3 days.. Now the signal is lost again... I have logged four times in your costume care the attend but no action has been taken yet. no body has come .

                                      I have paid rs.499 as pre-booking amount to reliance big tv on 9th march 2018 as per their offer. As a promotion they have committed installation of thier dth service in 30-45 days max. Its almost more than 6 months i am waiting for installation from their side. I even called them multiple times on their customer care numbers & dropped complain on their consumer portal, but still no response from their side.

                                      I dont think this company is willing to solve customer issues or is good to serve consumers. Instead of chasing this company in future for further issues after installation service, i would request to refund my amount to stop the relation with them immediatly.

Still awaiting for your response. Whenever i call customer care, they'll inform that your connection will be done in 7 days. But no action at all.
