    From 20 day not available ur service.
    Ur customer care give date's but not till service start.
    Do needful. Not satisfactory answer from custamor care, and not intimate and msg about sateliate error 400 or no service. They only told weather problem. So atleast inform custamor about problem and extend our package days whichever days company not provide service. Hope they take appropriate action thanks,

    All channels are closed. And it's result is very bad.When I buy this big TV many channels are show but after some times most of channels are closed by your company. If my complaint does not solved by you I complain consumer forum

      I purchased independent dth 1year all chanel plus HD channel subscriptions with 12HD channel agreement, but after 3 month all HD chanel and sd channel are resume.
      Trai regulations existing customers are old package start end off due date, but our package without our permission package change and all HD chanel stopped.
      And now from 13 June date the all chanel service are closed and yet the service is resume.
      Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I m customer of reliance BIG now known as independent, , i have booked 2499/- pck Which for five year plan but they stop in between.. An also about 4190/- ruppes in my reliance BIG ACCOUNT[protected].. IT NOT SHOWN NOW

      I made a deal with Independent TV in December.The dealer took 2200 rupees and told that all the channels will come regularly on your TV for one year.But after two months, most of the channels stopped and now only few channels are coming and most have been stopped.Please start our channels otherwise return our money.

        It has almost been a year now since we are facing the issue of not able to watch any tv shows due to lack of service from big tv's side. I have been trying to contact them but there is no response ever. Whenever i switch on my TV, I just get to see a same page showing me poor signal strength. I had almost paid those 2500 bucks but did not get any comparable service in return. Kindly look into the matter and try resolving it as soon as possible.

          From past 1 week we've been facing the problem oh Reliance big tv signal lost (Error 400) so please resolve the problem quickly as much as possible.

          Last 3 months onwards we are facing the problem. Company changed to Independent TV and I spoke many times to that operator still now they didn't send executive. Still we are facing problem. Today signal lost error 400 happened.
          They are not supporting.

            I wanted to cancel my reliance big tv prebooking and want my refund of 499rs bacause when i prebooked 40 days i got message that the installation will be done within 40 days, but even after several follow up i did not get any installation call. I dont want this kind of support in future also so i decided not to go for reliance big tv. Please refund my money back. I only have booking id which i receieved after prebooking.               This is the worst product I have ever seen. I am the customer since the 2009. But these days it is always giving problems.
              Some days back the cut the ZEE and COLORS channel.
              Now no channel is coming for the last 5-6 days and showing ERROR on all channels.
              I took the 2 year freedom pack for 2499 according to which I should get all the SD channels for the 2 years. But none of the channels coming now.
              Hence I am switching to TATA SKY.

                When I have taken Independant TV in December 2018, the agreement was all the channels will be available for one year as per the package. Now as per TRAY guidelines, they have reduced many of the channel. But I believe the agreement should be followed. They should keep there offer at least for the period they have promised. Now, from 14th June 2019 all the channels are gone. Customer service also very bad. They will be not available most of the time. My bad bad decisions to switch to independent TV

                  श्रीमान मैं उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के अमेठी जिले से राजीव शर्मा आपके पास independent DTH की शिकायत दर्ज कराना चाहता हु
                  मैने दिसम्बर 2018 में independent dth लगवाया था जिसके लिए मुझे प्लान बताया गया था कि मुझे 12 HD चैनल तथा बाकी सभी चैनल एक वर्ष तक दिए जाएंगे जिसके लिए मुझे 2250 रुपये का भुकतान करना होगा मुझे ये प्लान अच्छा लगा और मैने 2250 रुपये देकर ये प्लान ले लिया उसके बाद फरवरी माह में इन्होंने HD चैनल बन्द कर दिए मैंने उसके लिए कम्पनी से बात की तो इन्होंने ट्राई की पॉलिसी बता के HD चैनल देने से मना कर दिया उसके बाद इन्होंने स्टार का पैकेज बन्द कर दिया जो कि 10 दिन बाद शुरू हो गया किन्तु 12 जून 2019 से इन्होंने सभी चैनल बन्द कर दिए है तथा कस्टमर केयर नम्बर व्यस्त जाता है इस समय विश्व कप के क्रिकेट मैंच चल रहे है जिन्हें मैं नही देख पा रहा हु कृपया मुझे न्याय दिलाने का कष्ट करें तथा independent DTH के खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कार्यवाही कीजिये जिससे कोई कम्पनी किसी उपभोक्ता को झूठ बोल कर न लूट सके

                    Two Dish in the name of one Mr. Bhim Singh and another in the name of Mr. Manoj Kumar at the same premises. The programme the the Independent Dist TV were disturbed by one reason or other. Some time the programme were running with pause between for a movement or so and some time it fails to deliver properly. Since there is no local operator for the Independent TV in the area, we failed to lodge any complaint in this regard. Further, the phone number which were provided by you are not connected.
                    Now for the last one week our TV programme are not coming through the Dish . The reason shows by the Dish as 400 due to whether condition even though the whether is fine. We are unable to see any of the TV programme. Kindly resolve our issue immediately.

                      The company stated that they will provide all the HD channels if we buy the Yearly subscription to which I did.. then I only got 12 Hd channels but after two months all those channels are gone.. and now it's been 2 days that their signal is gone.. I can't watch TV..
                      The Reliance company started their DTH in the name of INDEPENDENT TV.. which is now gone and I think this is a big scam.. because more than 1 million people subscribed it in less than 90 days but there's no service now nor the customer care is responding..

                            Please refer e-mail dated 10/8/2018, 27/09/2018, 03/12/2018 and 14/12/2018. Please transfer the booking amount of rs. 499/- in my account. I have already sent the account details through e-mail as desired by you. Whenever i call on toll free number they ensure to set the connection within one week, but this reply is being given since last 06 months.

                              I demand imm refund with compensation for 2 stb of independent dth
                              STB -SN-[protected] and STB -SN-[protected].no channels, total black out.it appears now from coma independent dth has slipped finally to death.for months the srvices were pathetic but now services stopped all together.where is trai?bring them to books and please make arrangement to get refund with compensation.i had paid not only for stb but also installation charges and cable charges, i[censored] dont provide service why should u charge

                                  I have taken a 1 year subscription but no signal is coming from last few days. Error 400 is coming. Even when it was working some channels which are in the package are not even coming. And one more thing, the channels which even came are with lagging. Very poor service. No customer care support. Everytime i called, it says that line is busy.Please resolve the issue

                                    I am vishwas partole using Relience BIG TV connection since 2009, in the month of jan 2018 company gives me offers of to recharge with Rs. 2000 and get facility of watching t.v. for 5 yrs. so I recharged my dish . tv on 23 rd Jan 2018. from that day I watch my t.v very clearly with clear voice for 3 to 4 months. but after that I faced problem of non seeing of some channels and clarity of voice. I make complaint many times .to their customer care but not solved my problem till this day. they cheated me.

One connection is installed about six months ago and another one is not installed which i want to cancel.                                         No channels are coming in my TV from past one month. Independent DTH have promised to air all PAID KANNADA and HINDI and SPORTS channels. I have paid rupees 4000, through AC payment to your agent Mr.Sreenivas, . Accordingly I have been informed that this company belongs to Mr.Anil Ambani, and the company's previous name was RELIANCE DTH. I want this issue to be resolved as early as possible. Or else I have to move to Consumers Court for further settlement. Either resolve in two days or refund my money in two days of time from now, that is before 23/05/2019.
