I have purchased the product from reliance digital outlet. Product has bad speaker quality for which i have registered the complain in the store but they says with the product you have purchased you get only that much quality.
I have purchased the product for the brand name it is associated with.
If the quality is not satisfying for me. How shall i get the product exchanged.

No signal is received in my customer id. No. [protected] but the customer care no. [protected] is not responding. I strongly believe the company is cheating. Quick steps may be taken for airing signals to the afore mentioned customer id. As per the commitment made before instalation of the product otherwise refund the cost with the cost for damages.

I have booked dth connection during last year but not received the same. Even i have not received to refund against the same till date. Very recently i come to know that the company has stop the dth business, therefore, refund against the payment made rs.500/- should be processed without any further delay.

Independent tv is using unfair trade practice of non showing required channels in regional languages quality of picture is not standard all channels cannot viewed more than 8 seconds its picture is freezing and still for 10 seconds independent tv not showing zee channels as we are maharashtrian our regional channels package not working from more than two months . as per terms and conditions free service of package is totally vanished give us our money back and pay us rupees 10000 (ten thousands as penalty for breaking service and non providing alternative service) we have faced unavoidable difficulties our family suffered for two months

I am a person who was cheated by reliance independence tv I booked it on 28 of August in 2018 and they don't install it and raise the rate of it. So I requested for refund but they don't gave it today it is 13 may of 2019 and no update. My registered name is Vivek Pandey and my registered mobile number is [protected]. So can you all helpe out and I talked to their customer care they were just saying one day sir two week sir i paise them 499.

I have pre booked for new connection on 20th march 2018 and paid rs.499 + 499 = 998/-.
As per website within 30 to 45 days it will be installed.
But no installation and no further communication.
When i call customer care for refund they took all require bank details but not refund been processed yet.
I am fed up with your customer care team, need to fix this issue and want refund of my complete amount.

I have independent tv connection from last month. Payment was due on 11.05.19 i made the payment on 12 may (Rs 372) now its showing that your stb is not active pls contact operater. I tried to contact customer care but no phn is working. I have never seen such a pathetic service from any service provider. I want to close my account and want my money back. As i have complaint regarding the disconnection of my tv channel bcoz of signal lost yet there is no response from your side. Not a single call i have got from your company. I have tried calling you many times but no response.
I have call ur local service center but they are not responding the calls too.

I draw your kind attention to the problem regarding the service of independent tv. The pack which i purchased bound to provide me 1 (One) years all the channels for free. But now they have made a pack by their own will and saying that it will continue for only 1 (One) year. The current pack has no important channels and remain disconnected most of the time.

These independent TV people have fooled India and made money from it. None of the channels work well and all are going one by one . The CUSTOMER CARE, compliance officer, nodal officer no one really picks calls or answers emails. They don't give a damn or ### about it.

Have only suffered taking this ### from Reliance, I never wanted to trust reliance looking at their previous history but have been fooled .

I need a refund if you cannot give proper service.

I am trying to complaint to independent tv services of reliance big tv
But i could not reach the company they are not answering call i am trying since last 8 days... Only one call connected.. Then they told only wait for 12 hrs... But after a week problem is continue...
All channels are freezing and channles of zee are not available since last week they are not replying email or call...
And before few days star channels were stopped by company for 15-20 days and company gave a message that independent tv will credit in your dth account... But still not received any type of benefits..
We are getting more and more trouble from independent tv

They are not providing channels as they promised at the time of installation

Could not reach the company and not credited star channels benifits and channels are freezing,, zee channels are not available.. Not providing channels as they promised
Please do something asap
Start channels properly or give me refund full amount so i can take another connection.. Worsttttttttttt

From last 5 days the independent cable signal are very poor. The picture interrupt and freeze in every 5-6 seconds and maximum channel are not coming only message displayed for inconvenience.
When tried to complaint on toll free number they denied to accept complaint and every time give 24 hrs time for resolution and not accepted our complaint. Highly pathetic customer services from the big brand name only... Reliance.

My booking id is r[protected] not yet received any information regarding installation,. I was already booked through online at 14-12-18 i am searching agency here cant find proper address.

After this i raised the complaint against the installation and they are agree to refund my amount before two months back and taken my bank details for refunding, but company cheating me by delaying refund my amount till now, and now they are not responding properly regarding my issue simply neglecting and postpone my issue.

From last one week our tv programs are not came properly. Signal strength is 87% and signal quality is 30 to 47%. As our account balance is rs.506/-. My customer id [protected]. So resolve the problem at the earliest please. My contact no. [protected]

There is no channel viewable set box is coming with error of signal lost contact customer care but from last one week there is no contact with customer care
Pls send your service person to set the signal from morning i am unable to view any channels on my independent tv. Made many complaints on their web portal no response. Made many calls on customer care but in vain.

Given a call back to the technician who have install this, but he is not replying back.

I am making faujdar from dwarka delhi had two connection last year but in feb they stop many channel for whixh customer care is not having reply. Last 10 days we are not able to see the channel as broadcast is very bad it's a bad name for ambani which run india in name of reliance. I am a customer of independent tv. My mobile number is [protected] and my customer id is [protected]. Till 05th may, 2019, the services of independent tv were satisfactory. But from 05th may, 2019, moving picture in every channel interrupt for 4-5 seconds frequently with the interval of 5-10 seconds...

I have mailed the complaint to [protected]@independenttv.in on 7th may, 2019. But nothing happened and also nobody called me in this regard. Your toll free customer care numbers [protected], [protected] are not working, and also i tried to call your missed call number [protected] thrice on 7th and 8th may, 2019 but no use.

Its been about 72 hours over, it is unfortunate that independent tv customer care cannot be reached. This happens only in india. I think you people are far away from giving good service to the consumers. I request you once again to restore the dth services for my customer id [protected] within 24 hours from today. If my complaint is neglected, i will approach consumer forum as a legal step, against your bad services.

Reliance launched dth services by offering rs 2500 for one year, we have got it installed, now its been 3 months, the channels are not working, all the channels get stuck, the customer care phone number are disconnected, there is no response to emails, the cable technician washes hands off and blame on reliance tv and say they have not made payments and they are facing financial problems, but why are customers being exploited and our money is gone the drain or probably into anil ambani account!!
Request this forum to take cognizance and help all customers to get thier refund back. Thank you
