My reliance dth was not working for so many days than we received msg that all issue has been resolve & its working like routing, after few days they start sending msg saying pay rs. 2499 for your current package 2 years validity includes 5 year free to air channel, hence we pay rs. 2499 on 8th march 2018, after few days one by one all channel was stopped again, an different msg shown on screen like (Will be back in 4 days, will back on 7 days, channel temporarily unavailable, channel 43 needs authorized key etc) than we tried too many time on help line no[protected] but not responding, than i mark mail to [protected]@reliancedigitaltv.com on sat, apr 21, 2018 at 10:52 pm but no response than again sent mail on thu, may 17, 2018 at 10:36 pm but no response as routing,
Today very few channel start but most are still not broadcasting,
I feel reliance digital is like blackmailing me 1st collect 2 years advance money with commitment of same package for 2 years & 5 years free to air channels & than stop all channels,
They totally fail & also they are not even bother receive call or respond on mail,

Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I had booked on 6th March 2018 a reliabe digital set top box .They promised a 45 days installationand but no revert yet. Plus their customer care is pathetic. They just keep the phone down at there will. Really sad. I won, t recommed their service to anyone.
I need my refund.
