I am writing regarding the new installation request that i placed on 7th april 2018 with reliance big tv. Booking id : 14541461

As per their plan it was supposed to be installed within 30-45 days and i was expecting the same to happen within that time period if not before.

On 4th may i received a message from bigtv saying that now the installation process will commence from 15 june which way beyond the time period that was committed. Its been more than 40 days nows

Moreover i called big tv customercare and they staright away denied to refund my booking charge of 500 and asked me to email to the big tv team.

I have got another dth from another company called dish tv installed now as i couldn't wait for so long.

After multiple reminders and follow ups, big tv is not responding to my complaint. Please help me get the refund of 500 rupees also help me get the compensation of 1000 rs of the time loss.

HI

I had booked on 6th March 2018 a reliabe digital set top box .They promised a 45 days installationand but no revert yet. Plus their customer care is pathetic. They just keep the phone down at there will. Really sad. I won, t recommed their service to anyone.

I need my refund.

    Sir reliance digital tv i pre booking this product in march 5 this company promise me to installation done in 45 days?       I want to claim for refund 1499rs back in my account because from many days i wnat to reach to ur senior as well as customer care for the connection there is a lot of prblm i m not getting my channels on my tv
      I have recharged on 7 of april and till now u all are making fool to ur customer i dnt want the bloody channels hell with ur company and channel's i only knw one thing tht refund me back in my bank account at any cost
      This is really the worst experience with reliance

            Hi team,
            I raised pre-booking and paid the rs499 through netbanking and transaction was failed from gateway level and amount debited from my account. As per the bank amount debited successfully.
            I have not received any sms for this. Please could be look this as as possible and i raised the customer care but no response on this last 3 months. (Comp-line number :[protected]).

              It's been months my tv shows error 400. I called so many times that i can not remember but your support is nothing. I don't know why i am sending this complaint to you as i lost all my hopes that you are going to solve my problem but one last time i am complaining about my problem before i change to another provider.                 Hello,
                I am milind laghate.
                I booked on 1 st march with the reliance digital tv set-top box connection worth 500 rupees.

                Reliance digital tv has written on their website that will get the connection within 30 to 45 days from the date of booking.

                I had 60 days to book. But i have not received any response from the reliance team. No call has been received.

                I called many times, i was told that the connection will be available within 15 days.
                But i have not received the connection yet.
                There are no calls made on the two numbers on the website.

                If i do not get the connection within three days, then i go to customer forum.
                Call me at the earliest number given below

                If you are not given a connection then give me my 500 rupees plus interest.

                    My reliance dth was not working for so many days than we received msg that all issue has been resolve & its working like routing, after few days they start sending msg saying pay rs. 2499 for your current package 2 years validity includes 5 year free to air channel, hence we pay rs. 2499 on 8th march 2018, after few days one by one all channel was stopped again, an different msg shown on screen like (Will be back in 4 days, will back on 7 days, channel temporarily unavailable, channel 43 needs authorized key etc) than we tried too many time on help line no[protected] but not responding, than i mark mail to [protected]@reliancedigitaltv.com on sat, apr 21, 2018 at 10:52 pm but no response than again sent mail on thu, may 17, 2018 at 10:36 pm but no response as routing,
                    Today very few channel start but most are still not broadcasting,
                    I feel reliance digital is like blackmailing me 1st collect 2 years advance money with commitment of same package for 2 years & 5 years free to air channels & than stop all channels,
                    They totally fail & also they are not even bother receive call or respond on mail,

                      I has booked a new connection. Pre-booking on[protected]
                      Booking no.14529450. The trum and condition by the company that the connection will be instaled within 30-45 days after booking.
                      But till now i heve not get any connection and no any inpormetion.
                      I called customer care no. Twice, once he said the connection will instaled till 15 may. And 2nd time he said the date till 15 june..in this matter i cann`t install the other company dth. Now summer vacation are biggning. My kids dimanding for a connection. Plz install it immidatly

                      I had made a pre-booking for your btv connection online on 5th may paying Rs.499, the booking id being 14548002. At the time of booking, i was given to understand that the connection will be made available in 30 - 45 days. Since no information was forthcoming,

                        I have paid 499rs for bigtv set top box connection from last 3monts back (06.03.2018- recp no :[protected], booking id: a12905185, and at the time of booking they mention within 45 days u will get the connection but till now i don't receiv any update but i paid 499rs at the time of booking

                        I booked a BigTV connection on 10th march 2018 And my Booking ID is 14516164, paid 499 /- as booking charge. As per your policy it should be installed in 30 to 45 days.
                        But after 75 days you didn't provide any connection even you didn't answer of customer care number.

                          About 3 months ago i had prebooked reliance big tv and i was informed that big tv will be installed in your home in 30-45 days, but till date i have not received any verification call nor big tv,
                          I feel so bad that such a big company like reliance makes such false promises!
                          Give me the correct information about my installation and hope that my installation will be done in a week!

                          Till date company side no responce. I call last month Customer care in the first week Customer care says again this month within 10 to 15 day all pending installation done but till date no responce. Now till date approx 5 month but my connection not provide by reliance big tv i think my money waist Reliance Big tv make big fraud plz take action against reliance big tv..

                          On 3rd june i have submitted Complaint against Reliance big Tv but till date my problem same at it is i don't know what are u doing against customer Complaint how long time i wait..
                          On[protected] i have booked reliancedigitaltv on advance and received conformation saying it will be installed in 30 to 45 day .now its 90 days still no call or msg yet.when i called after 30 days they said wait for 10 to 15 days. Now i am trying to call customer care no is working/not connecting at all.IS it a fraud or what ?

                          The Dish TV is not working since 2 months and I have already paid for one year subscription, I demand refund for this and I never get a chance to contact customer care team. I demand refund for this.

                            I am recharge 1499 for one year. (Recharge In the month of February) But only One month service providing. From last one month Bigtv no service. Plz refund my money. I am going to other DTH.I am BIG TV customer from last 10 years.Big TV is cheating so many customers. Customer care centre also not responding properly. No information also not giving. I am not seeing TV from last one month. Very horrible. What is the issue of Big TV service; plz resolve.

                              I am from hyderabad. I have booked a connection of reliance big tv on 6th may 2018. Seeing so many complaints on reliance big tv and knowing that many offices of reliance big tv have been closed in hyderabad, i am raising a compliant. I have not been contacted until know from 30 days and i have paid an amount of 500 for pre - book. Please resolve the issue asap.

                                No channels received since three months error 400 displayed. On queries on the subject only waiting for three to four said but repeated time were given. No solutions since Mar 18. Please intimate channel of refund of advanced said for DTH.
                                Your DTH 45days have been pasted why you r not provide DTH can't able to provide then money return plz prebooking offer have to postpone because u have too much late and kindly resend money

                                  I have reliance big tv hd set top box, card no[protected] and have recharged for 1 year in advance.

                                  No tv channels are being displays since last 3 - 4 months.

                                  Customer care number is not working. Always says line busy since last 3 months.

                                  If no resolution possible then shall refund the amount paid with interest.

                                  This is a mental harassment to customer.

                                      I have recharge reliance big tv customer id no.[protected] with rs 1499/- on 14 apr 18. Since that time i am not able to watch tv and hearing from your customer service that it will take 72 hrs to resolve this problem. And now approx 2 month passed, he/she told me there is a satellite problem.
                                      Hence what can i expect from your service.

                                      So i request you to refund my money back. I want to go with another service provider...

Product not found till date so i bought an other dth. I approached to coy for refund my amount rs 499 and produced all details which company want through e-mail but not refund my amount till date.
