Installation not done so far
I have applied for pre booking of rbig tv on 01/3/18 my booking id is a[protected] as per the message (Congratulations! For booking your rbig tv connection. Installation will be done between 30 to 45 days. Your booking id is a12513619and no of connections 1)
Connection will be done 30 to 45 days. Today is the 60th day. While contacting the toll free number only busy tone is heared. Rs 499 is paid already. Please install set top box immediately as per your commitment.

    When ever i require any support i dint connect to your call center and pathetic service by your operator continue i trying to connect with your company your operator receive and disconnected the call pathetic service please call on below number on urgent basis ph [protected]

    I am calling on customer call center number they are saying they do not have any connectivity to check the balance and guide correct solution to me and even when ever i have spoke to them they are not able to guide me proper and they keep the call ongoing only and they will not respond only

    Pathetic service by your operator and i have complaint on last week but still no body bother to call me check what happen and this is service your company offer.

      Our reliance big tv cable is not working. We have no service (Reliance big tv) for last 2 weeks. Took a long time to get support on the phone. Finally after days, they had us reset the settop box. Now it's stuck at poor signal quality. Please dispatch technician to fix issue.

          I booked 2 connections on march 12th, on today, there are 49th days of booking, while they promise for 30-45 days. My booking id is 14519453 and no of connections 2. There is no communication from company side. Also, their toll-free number seems to be switched off. Reliance big tv should be installed as soon as possible. They should know that our previous connections are now expired and we are in trouble. We also think for legal proceeding against the company. Actually in india only company work under legal pressures only. And why is there toll-free number not working? They have made no contact with us. I attached a copy of the email with this complaint and will wait for up to monday.

            I have had a reliance big tv connection since more than 3 years now & since the last 2-3 months we have had significant issues with a few key channels being disconnected from time to time. Therefore, we decided to change our dth operator. We called up other operators but in the meantime decided to continue with reliance big tv for another month or so till the new connection is installed. I deposited another inr 400 on my account with big tv more than 10 days ago and the connection wouldn't show anything despite recharge. I called their helpline no. 3 times so far (Tried many more times but the phone no. Wouldn't work many times).in my first connected call i was told there would be a technical upgrade and services will start in 24 hours, the second time they told me i had to wait for another 72 hours as the upgrade was ongoing.
            After that me and my family got busy and i called them again today. Now he is saying another week is required to get all the channels up and running.
            I asked him to refund my money and close the matter, the call center person says that's not an option. I asked him to transfer the call to his senior / big tv officer he wont do that either.
            Now i have no choice but to file this complaint.

                Dear sir,
                I am sorry to say that even after booking on dated[protected] vide booking ID No. 12516842 till date no one from reliance company contacted me to install Reliance big tv DTH at my premises. I made many efforts to contact with reliance company through their help line number i.e [protected] the executive is not efficient to tell the status of the connection and it is sorry to say that even after more the 100 calls they were saying that they cant check the status of my booking ID and they dont have any mechanism to check at their end else. Reliance company got my money in advance and there is no any provision to arrange the refund of booking amount ... which made me to think that they fraudulently grabbed my money and they are failure to provide me DTH connection in stipulated time period which is become more than two months from the date of booking ... Reliance company is fraud company... no body is responding from any where into my connection.

                  On 1/3/2018 i prebook for reliance digital tv but i haven't got any sms or email of confirmation after booking reliance digital tv connection. I had also paid the booking amount. My transaction id for booking for a purchase worth rs499.0 on pos reliancecomm at reliancecomm txn# lt[protected]. I tried to call on customer care service but each time i called there was no response from both of there customer care numbers. My email id rajualh.[protected]@gmail.com

                      Respected sir,
                      I have called more than fifteen times to reliance customer care because non of the channels were available. When i made the last call, one among the employees had cut my call when i am talking. I lost my recharged amount. I had sent mails but no reply. So dissatisfied of such poor service. No responds to mail and calls. It is more than a month back.

                        We are not getting any of the channels and error message 400 comes up. None of the toll free numbers are reachable either! Their website does not provide or acknowledge any issues with their transmission or service. We have paid up for annual subscription so can't even switch to other providers. Prior to this for almost a month half of the channels were not available. Very disappointed with their service.

                          1st march 2018 and 58 days completed, no answer on toll free or email.. I have tried my level best to get answer but not able to reach them. How government allow this type of company to collect money in advance and not providing service to consumer. Government have to take strict action against this company.

                              I strongly believe that there is a big scam behind this offer. Reliance made us fools with its Brand name.

                              I made a pre-booking of reliance big tv on 3rd march 2018, but still waiting for the update. No installation, no contact yet being done from reliance.

                              Apart from this I recommend many of my colleagues to book this offer hence they all are abusing me for the mistake which was done by Reliance.

                              It is so wrong, they made commitment that installation will be done between 30-45 days.in my case it is over 2 months.l called customer support many times but they are not providing exact reason.

                              I again request to reliance to take appropriate action.

                                    This is Not a BIGTV it's a BIG fraud.
                                    I think this is a Big scam in DTH industry. Firstly Reliance BIG TV announced that this is under the Modi digital program you used PM name to do the scam. Second you told us this is just few days open pre booking but pre booking still continue & your deadline end it's crossed 55 days but no one contact customers, also customer care executive also don't know the installation when done. I have also one of you who booked BIGTV ID is 12517589 in 2 March the same problem i have facing now. So questions is what next, Firstly I want my pre booking Amount RS. 499/- return back with interest because Reliance BIG TV Owner is responsible for All this fraud. We still waiting for installation & I want to remember you that you crossed your deadline so you using my money 2march to till now . I want my money back with interest rate which is bank give us. Otherwise I will go CONSUMER COURT Against BIGTV they help us Gauranteed.
