My tv connection was lost yesterday evening and when i try to contact with customer care there is no response and if some body picking the call they repeted same massage we will look in this issue and still i am facing this issue i got the error code 400 singnal loss. They promised that channels will be resumed soon in next 4 days for past one month and suddenly on 15 april 2018 morning it was flashing poor signal and when we called and checked around 7.45 am one representative says within one day time the problem will be resolved and other representative says within one week it will be resolved. Highly disappointed service....

From the month of march reliance big tv is enable to provide us our package channels after recharging of yearly package.
Channels :- all star channels, all zee channels, all sports channels, all regional language channels

We are paying around rs 250 per month as per subscription pack. But for us available channels are only around 40. All other paid channels are showing the message of "channel was temporarily not available.. Will be resume (Solved) within 4 days".
