My complaint against reliance big tv. I have reliance big tv past 2 year's smart card no.[protected]. My tv connection was lost yesterday evening and when i try to contact with customer care there is no response and if some body picking the call they repeted same massage we will look in this issue and still i am facing this issue i got the error code 400 singnal loss. And that customer service is very poor of this service provider...

    I am using reliance big tv from last 8 to 10 years. But from last few months i am facing issue of many of the channels not working and from last 30 days all paid channels are blocked. Now all free channels also not able to see. After trying to register complaint in customer care no one is answering the customer care number as well as written complaint also sent on their mail, but no reply till date. On top of that i have subscribed is reliance big tv for next 5 years and now i am facing issue for getting the service from reliance big tv. I want to launch a complaint against reliance big tv for worst service and false commitment.

        Sir/mam, i am surendra yadav from kaval byrasandra r. T nagar bangalore. Ihad recharged my reliance big tv with an amount of rs. 250 on 29th march 2018. But the channels are not displayed only some handfull of channels are shown like set, sab, rishtey and other channels like zee tv, &tv, aaj tak, star gold, zee cinema are not shown. I had called on the customer care number on 2nd april and they told me that it will be resumed by 10th april, 2018 but till today nothing has happened. Its about 16-17 days but the channels are not resumed till today. So i request you to kindly look into the matter and provide mea solution as soon as possible. My email address is

          I had paid booking amount of rs499/ through debit card. Transaction id is[protected] (Icicibank). My name is murlidhar golani & mobile number [protected]. Amount was paid on 1st march 2018.
          On 1st march a message from your number 51234 had confirmed the booking. However no booking reference id was given.
          Please arrange to give me the booking id and inform when installation will be done. Please note that 30 to 45 days installation period committed by you is already over.

          When I called customer support on toll free number, their response was simply pathetic. They did not have any information to share & help resolve the issue.
          Totally unacceptable from company of this stature.

            They promised that channels will be resumed soon in next 4 days for past one month and suddenly on 15 april 2018 morning it was flashing poor signal and when we called and checked around 7.45 am one representative says within one day time the problem will be resolved and other representative says within one week it will be resolved. Highly disappointed service.

              From the month of march reliance big tv is enable to provide us our package channels after recharging of yearly package.
              Channels :- all star channels, all zee channels, all sports channels, all regional language channels
              From last one month costumer care told us that your channels start in 3-4 days but they are unable to do it.

              Whenever call to customer care, they are like sir we will give you in written, in mail and sms, every time this people take the mail id. But they are unable to provide in written.
              Even i can name some of the senior customer care service executive, who are unable to fulfilled their commitment.

                Sir, i am ravi makadia. I pre booked reliance big tv new connection with rs. 499 on 8th of march also got the confirmation massage with booking id. My id is 14512439. As per their policy provided on web site it is mentioned thst the connection will be provided between 30 to 45 days. But today is 14th of april, day's are almost over but installation is not provided till now. Whenever i tried to call customer care it says that "the number you are calling is incorrect". So please help me to get the connection or refund. Also take strong action against this company for frauding people.

                  I have not received any update about the installation of reliance big tv which was prebooked on 1st of march 2018. Every time i call customer care they told me ' wait for few days, installation much din me ho jaieaga'. But still now i have not received any hardware. So reply when installation will done. If installation is not done refund my money. Waiting for your reply as early as possible.

                    Hi,

                    Not sure whether this will be notified to reliance. My card number is[protected]. I have recharged for an year. No proper customer support. No one to reply to emails. Every time they are buying time. More than 5 months several channels not coming. Please forward this and ask them to refund the full amount.

                    For the past 1 week, no channels are coming. It says weather is bad either at our home or at the broadcast office (like this). I have been calling the customer support from last Friday. Everyday they are saying it will be resolved in a day. Today they said, it will be resolved in 72 hours. I am hopeless and don't want to continue the service since they are not treating customers as humans. They are not listening or transferring calls to seniors if we request. They disconnect the call while we speak.

                    I have subscribed for one year recently. I need the way to cancel it and get refund. They said they can't cancel it. This has to be escalated to higher officials of that company.

                    I am having worst experience with Reliance Mutual fund as well recently since they collected cancelled check from me to NEFT the policy amount but they send the cheque to my old address without informing me. So no process in their products. They are least bothered about customers.

                    I again called today and hearing that the issue will be resolved in a week. I lost trust. I should have not considered renewal when Relaince said that customers can move to different service provider with balance transfer. I applied for move but for some reason they didn't call me. Since I saw the message that reliance is going to resolve the issue and all channels will be back, I renewed for year.

                    But we have been seeing only the red screen and no channels coming for more than 3-4 weeks which is bad. I never seen such a worst customer support in my life time. Just saying the same thing and disconnects the phone is not good.

                    I don't want to continue the service since I lost trust. I need the money back ASAP.

                    I am planning to share my worst experience to all my networks so that no one will get affected like me. During summer vacation, people used enjoy watching TVs. Movies etc but this vacation is horrible for us. Even my kids got frustrated like anything.

                    Please let me know the procedure to cancel and get the money back ASAP.

                      This is to inform you that i have recharged my reliance big tv dish on 7th april for amounting rs 399/- & still we are facing the issue as error 200. You guys are least bother to solve the query even on toll free no. An executive name saurav was repeatedly asking me to call tomorrow rather then listening to the issue faced by customer. We should have refered some other service provider. We are really dishearted with the services provided by reliance.
                      Well this is to let you know that if its an technical issue better sort it out asap or else we can move ahead wit harsh decision of consumer court/ forum. Please treat this as very serious note

                        My smart card number is[protected]. I'm using this product since 2008. But since november 2017 i felt this product is worthless and no one is there to supervise. All toll free number are inactive. Also ennumber of channels are blocked. Being a customer we have a right to know the reasons for your careless service. The people sitting in toll free number are very useless and very unprofessional. Even i paid your charges why your company is unable to provide the promised channels. And also not bother to attend customer calls. Please let me know why i should not approach consumer forum's for your unresponsible products. Regards

                          Have made prebooking on 05.03.18 for hd hevc setup box by making payment of rs. 500 online through the company website ie. www.reliancedigitaltv.com.

                          As per the website we were supposed to get the connection within 30 - 45 days.
                          But we are still waiting for the confirmation of the payment. We do not have a confirmation/booking number to track.
                          Multiple calls to their customer care number yield no results. We get the same response
                          - you will get the confirmation number in couple of days.

                            I booked for a new reliance digital tv connection by paying 499 rupees on 1st of march and it was mentioned that the installation will be done between 30-45 days. Today is 13th so it has been 44 days and they haven't come for installation and i don't think it will be done by tomorrow. When i call them those people don't know anything about this and are not giving any date by which it will be installed. I have also mailed them several times, but no reply has come from them. I am worried that the money will not be refunded. Please help.

                            I booked for a new reliance digital tv connection on march 1 for 499 rupees. Today, it has been 45 days and there have been no communication or contact from reliance side for installation. I called several times to customer care and they are saying me to wait and they absolutely have no idea about when it will be installed. There has been no replies to my mails too. I feel like it is a fake company. Please help.
                            Same is happening to me as well. They are cheating the countrymen by taking advance amount and earning crores of interest over it and deliberately delaying the installation.
                            I am also facing the same situation.Everytime you call them, they simply tell to wait up to 31 st July.Feeling cheated.

                              I'm a big tv customer using telugu channels package, from past 2-3 months there is a issue going on as i'm unable to view the channels, i tried calling to help line number but there was no proper response from everyone and was simply disconnected my calls every time. I requested to transfer the call to there supervisor or floor manager, but no one was feeling to do that and was simply keeping in mute, i don't know why these kind of people's has working as a customer care executive. One of the waste service in hyderabad. Really feel shameful for using big tv and i won't to disconnect the service so help me out with the procedure

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  I have two issues with reliance big tv, i have made pre order on 3rd march 2017 and money got deducted from my account, due to server issues the page was disappeared. I was waiting from rbig to return my money to account. It was not happened.

                                  On 8th march again i made one more pre order and got immediate booking id: 17500577. After few hours i have received one more booking id as 12523826 and it was said as booked on 3rd march.

                                  Now i have two pre order booking, i asked them to cancel one and return my money. But they are not responding over mail or phone.

                                  2nd issue is.. After 40 days waiting still i have not received my dish connection at my home.

                                  Very worst service by reliance and i don't expect this kind of third grad service from reliance.

All other paid channels are showing the message of "channel was temporarily not available.. Will be resume (Solved) within 4 days". This message was continuously appearing from last 3 weeks but still they are not solved it. When we call the customer care they are saying the same thing but still same problem. We are really sad about this.. They are cheating their customers... Please take necessary action on this.. Thank you.

                                    Not getting channels properly..
                                    Hi,

                                    This is sujeet. Today i lodge a complaint Department of Consumer Affairs
                                    Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution

                                      I had booked dish tv of rs (499) on 12th march. I haven't received order placed message it has been over a month. When will you guys come for installation?. Still i am waiting. Toll free numbers and their nodal officers numbers are not working. I wrote them but not received any reply. Don't know where to complain. Poor people fall in trap of businessmen

                                      I have same problem, made pre-booking with prescribed payment but still no confirmation after successful payment made. who will take appropriate action against them.

                                        I have reliance big tv setup box.. I cant see my tv channels since 40 days..30 days regularly i call them to fix issue for broadcast channel but they dont do. I already paid 5 years subscription amount in advance.. Nowadays they dont receive my phonecalls.. They put on hold. Regularly they told me they fix issue but they dont.. I am mentally frustrated. So now i want to do some legally action against reliance big tv. If they cant broadcasting channels then payback my 5 years advance money. Plz take my application seriously
